We are in search of a Change Management Lead to help us design & execute custom action plans to support large scale organization change. As a Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption. We are growing quickly as an organization, breaking new ground which requires new ways of thinking and new routines. What you'll do as a Change Management Lead: Design & execute custom action plans to support large scale org change (changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, teams and organization structures). Partner with HR Business Partners to assess how change will impact business processes and organizational design and advise on approaches to facilitate the process. Partner with internal communications to design and execute thoughtful communication strategies to support change efforts. Design and deliver change management deliverables (including playbooks, training plans and others resources) to support leaders. Integrate change management activities into project plans. Play a key role with M & A communications post close to manage integration of new teams into DK. What skills you will use: 5 -7 years of experience with Change Management strategy & execution (consulting or agency background). Proven experience with large scale, global project management. Strong Communication & partnering skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholders. Proven strong collaborative and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams. Prosci certification is a plus.#LI-DP1 Who are we a good fit for?
