Build your business by offering excellent customer service to our new and existing customers
Demonstrate design skills, professional communication, and follow up skills
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and patience backed by an entrepreneurial spirit
Must have excellent listening skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and within a team
Requirements
1 - 2 years retail and/or sales experience desirable
Design experience or degree is helpful
College degree or some college coursework preferred
Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment
Willingness to fully engage in our training program and new design consultant support system
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn our information and programs
Flexibility to work a retail schedule which can include nights, weekends, and holidays
