Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated Financial Controller to join our recently established office in Boston. You will be responsible for all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. If you're interested in such a challenge, join us!
Daily Responsibilites:
Ownership of the Month Close Process covering General Ledger Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, Various Adjustments, Bank Reconciliations and more across multiple NA locations, legal entities.
Provide Key Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Financial, Cash and Consolidation Reports to management and leadership teams.
Develop and maintain Studio and Project Budgets (both short and long term).
Payroll oversight, processing and reporting.
Maintain accurate and complete Financial Records.
Treasury and Banking Function, AP, AR, Payments.
Build financial processes and systems from the ground up to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Streamline financial workflows and reporting to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and technology integration.
Working with external tax partners to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings.
