Insurance Account Representative (Personal Lines)

We are looking for an Insurance Account Representative to join a full-service insurance company in Ayer, MA. This role assists clients with selecting, purchasing, and managing personal insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and protection.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and processing policy changes.
Review client accounts at renewal time and proactively remarket accounts to find the best coverage options and pricing.
Work with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist in selecting appropriate products based on their needs.
Handle claims reporting and follow up on the resolution process to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
Meet or exceed sales and retention goals set by the agency.
