We're thrilled to open a position for a skilled Senior Cinematic Designer at our new office in Boston. Join our team dedicated to Project Orion - the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 and the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise. Our Cinematics Team excels in developing highly interactive cinematic sequences, leveraging animation libraries and motion capture to merge the realms of film and gaming uniquely. If your passion for cinema equals your interest in narrative design, and you're as adept with a camera as with visual scripting, this role is perfect for you.
Working alongside our storytellers, you will craft interactive experiences that range from emotionally compelling to action-packed and spectacular. We have a diverse array of storytelling opportunities awaiting you!
Daily Responsibilities
Creating compelling scenes with excellent pacing, acting, cinematography, editing and timing.
Communicating with Designers, other departments and Leads to improve the readability of visual storytelling and establish perfect continuity of the story with gameplay.
Setting up actor staging and cameras using custom and library animations.
Working on the mocap stage with actors and helping the Cinematic Director with mocap-shoot preparation.
Completing tasks on time and in high quality.
Following and maintaining pipelines and technical requirements.
