The Role: We are looking for an Account Supervisor, Experiential, to join our rapidly growing team of college and next generation marketing enthusiasts. As Account Supervisor, Experiential, you will be responsible for managing all production-related elements of client projects that have a focus on experiential marketing campaigns ranging from large-scale events and mobile tours, to grassroots, field-based marketing initiatives .
Key Responsibilities:
Experiential Marketing – Production Lead Provide production leadership to ensure project success across multiple clients
Lead the development and execution of all production efforts with support from the Senior Account Manager, Experiential • Ability to provide creative solutions and bring to life unique experiential concepts
Develop a clear understanding and championing of our clients’ businesses, marketing goals, and program objectives to deliver enhanced consumer experiences that achieve and exceed client KPIs
Work seamlessly across Riddle & Bloom Client Services and University Relations teams
Provide end-to-end management of all pre, during, and post program efforts, including but not limited to vendor identification and management, shipping/transport, onsite build and install, experience details, on-site event execution, staff management, load out, and post program reporting
Support New Business development through participation in agency brainstorms, sales operations, and budgeting exercises • Vendor relationship building and management
Project Budgeting Build and maintain accurate production budgets and budgeting inputs for experiential projects
Reconcile, manage, and forecast all production-related project expenses
Collaborate with partner vendors to ensure timely invoicing and payment
Provide scheduled updates of incurred and forecasted expenses to Client Services team lead
Meet and exceed program profitability targets through efficient budget and program oversight
Production Capability Development & Thought Leadership Develop production capabilities and strategies to continuously improve our offering while educating the broader team on existing and emerging trends in the experiential space
Actively search for new vendor partners and capabilities to integrate into client programming and new business proposals
Team Management & Company Culture Oversee a team of 1-2 full-time production team members
Manage the day-to-day work and career development of Senior Account Manager, Experiential
Identify, vet, and manage a network of freelance contractors to support seasonal, market-based experiential programs
Create a positive, collaborative environment that aligns with Wasserman company culture and values
Ensure consistent positive working relationships between departments and other Wasserman production team members
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
5-7 years related work experience in experiential or field marketing, preferably in sports or entertainment and on the agency side of the business
Experience working with production vendors with a history of positive results and relationships
Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines
Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
Capable of navigating tough issues and influencing those involved toward a desired outcome
Ability to foresee issues developing before they arise and develop a solution as needed
Maintain an open-minded mentality, allowing thorough exploration of all ideas and thought starters
Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment
Focused and strong-minded with an ambition to help grow the company
Lead and inspire other team members and generate positive morale
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Traveling is mandatory and will include weekends. 30-50% depending on activation calendar
