Requirements
Qualified Lead Field Service Engineers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experiences:
3+ years of recent / relevant experience leading teams for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
Solid experience and knowledge of automation equipment and applications including robotic welding, sealing, piercing / riveting, fastening, metal joining or closely related.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills including reviewing blueprints, organizing / overseeing mechanical and electrical trades, etc.
Travel is primarily local in Metro Detroit. Overnight travel is anticipated to be 25% primarily within the U.S.
Must be able to work in the United States. Canadian / Mexican Citizens meeting TN Guidelines welcome.
Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
Benefits
Lead Field Service Engineers will be anticipated to be salaried in the $100,000-$130,000 per year range with excellent bonuses, car allowance, and high quality affordable benefits. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of rates.
