Project Management is part of Publicis Global Operations, which is a Groupe wide practice driving transformation across Publicis solution hubs through a connected global network, proprietary technology, and scalable best in-class processes, empowering global marketing and digital business transformation.
Project Management fulfills all project scopes. The successful Project Manager will maintain clear lines of communication, make connections with new groups, and keep documentation of the ongoing project and associated processes.
You will report to the Executive Vice President, Global Operations.
Responsibilities:
The Global Operations Team coordinates the development and rollout of numerous customer solutions. As part of the project management team, you will take on the following tasks:
Manage project deliverables including creating, updating, and monitoring of project roadmaps
Identify project partners, plan partner management, and manage partners' involvement for all assigned projects.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
Coordinate data and document acquisition in cooperation with the local contacts of the Publicis Groupe network
Lead meetings for the appropriate project/team management
Manage project scope definition: identification, documentation & identify and prioritization of requirements; scope validation; and monitor scope for the assigned projects
Communications planning, creation, and management for all related to the projects assigned
Help develop solution rollout plans with the wider Global Operations Team and Publicis Groupe contacts
Manage external service providers and task prioritization of the project team
Create and monitor the repositories that store project assets and resources for small and medium scale projects
Identify improvement areas for the team and project, both internally and externally
Responsible for the management and correct distribution for assets/resources provided by the client.
