HOMES is seeking a Creative Coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Creative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing and other internal creative priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role will also contribute to customer-facing content creation and accomplish various design and marketing tasks for email, social, web, and POS. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
Who You Are:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional project management skills and knowledge of best-practice PM tools
Strong writer and communicator – with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative and curious – you love capturing content and try to stay up-to-speed on latest social media trends and tools
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
Possess comfort with/general knowledge of digital marketing and graphic design – experience with video creation a plus
Experience working in marketing, advertising, or related fields strongly preferred
Experience with tools like G-Suite, Asana, Notion, and Adobe Creative Cloud strongly preferred
What You'll Do:
Serve as the designated POC for all in-bound marketing needs across the organization
Manage the departmental calendar, ensuring all marketing projects are accurately scheduled and tracked
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and event managers to understand project scope and objectives
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, design documents, and creative content for social
Process expenditures related to marketing projects and maintain accurate records
Ensure all team members have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively
Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and other external partners as needed for project execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and several years of industry experience preferred.
