Position Summary
Are you a strategic and data-driven professional with a knack for driving acquisition in the Health-Tech sector? ReflexMD is seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role will spearhead the production of direct response assets across ReflexMD's marketing channels. This role will have a direct impact on customer acquisition and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent video editing skills and a deep understanding of direct response advertising principles. To be successful in this role, you must have experience executing marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Creation: Create compelling; conversion driven photo and video content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
Competitive Research: Proactively research emerging trends and techniques and lead any strategic improvements for the team.
Creative Production: Conceptualize, shoot, edit and distribute high-quality assets for use on digital platforms including social media, websites and other promotional materials.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Content Planning: Develop and implement ad roadmap schedule, including but not limited to A/B testing.
Compliance: Ensure that created assets adhere to Telemedicine regulations and compliance standards.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze creative ad performance to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategy.
Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on digital content creation for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube for a retail corporation, internal agency, or advertising agency.
High degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms (channels, publishing, content creation apps, and social listening)
Deep expertise Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from data to inform marketing strategies. 
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively amongst cross-functional teams.
