Robotic Engineer

1 Resource Group is hiring a Robotic Engineer to operate & Maintain robot-based automation of pipe spool manufacturing line.  Optimize existing system to make production performance ramp-up.
Responsibilities
•    Operate equipment for beveling and welding.
•    Immediately implement troubleshooting and prepare measures to prevent recurrence in pipe spool manufacturing line.
•    Direct handing with Hyundai Robot (HX Series), ABB Robot (IRB Series).
•    Direct handing with LS PLC (XGK-Series_XP-5000), Mitsubishi PLC (Q-Series_GX-Works2/3).
•    Develop the ways of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S.
•    Improve the existing production line to make performance optimized.
•    Periodical preventive maintenance including replacement of equipment consumables. 
•    Manage the safety stocks of core spare parts to minimize down time.
•    Manage Smart Shop Operation Software (Robot, PLC, Sensor etc.)
Requirements
Education
•    Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Control Engineering or the equivalent technical degree required.
•    Experienced in robot / PLC engineering in maintenance or manufacturing technique division of manufacturing company.
•    Experience in immediate trouble shooting for robot or PLC in automated manufacturing line.
•    Experienced in robot-based automation systems for welding processes.
•    Experienced in welding automation-related technology or in a related field.
•    More than three (3) years of experience in robot / PLC set-up project.
•    More than five (5) years of experience in pipe spool production management or on-site piping supervision/management.
•    Capable of handling with Hyundai/ABB robot and LS Electric/Mitsubishi PLC.
•    Capable of speaking bilingual (English and Korean) Korean is not essential.
•    Expertise in robotics (especially, programming and handling for Hyundai and ABB).
•    Expertise of PLC (especially, LSIS and Mitsubishi) and HMI.
