We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team.
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
Assist with food preparation, such as assembling appetizers or desserts
Prepare specialty drinks or cocktails as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables, refilling condiments, and clearing dishes
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:
Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of bar tending techniques is a plus
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
