About the Sr Product Designer role:
We are recruiting in partnership with a client in need of a Sr. Product Designer. This crucial role involves leading the design of innovative B2B and B2C applications. Ideal candidates will be adept in UX/UI design across mobile and web platforms and capable of managing the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Convert conceptual ideas into practical user experiences.
Lead full-spectrum product design from ideation to UX/UI and prototyping.
Communicate directly with senior leadership to present design solutions.
Ensure detailed specifications are provided to engineering teams for precise feature implementation.
Engage with cross-functional teams to align and integrate product designs.
Maintain and evolve a consistent design system.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in UX, interaction, and visual design, showcased through a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of design constraints on web and mobile platforms, including responsive and accessible design.
Bachelors or Masters in Design or related fields.
Solid experience (4-8 years) in leading design projects from start to finish.
Experience in both B2B and B2C design preferred.
