We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in performing high-quality MRI scans and assisting in radiology procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.
Responsibilities
Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients
Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during the scanning process
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and interpret imaging results
Assist in performing radiology procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging tests
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and imaging results
Ensure the proper functioning of MRI equipment and report any malfunctions or issues
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
Stay updated with the latest advancements in MRI technology and techniques
Assist in the training of new MRI Technologists and radiology staff
Requirements
Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field
Certification as an MRI Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
State licensure as an MRI Technologist
1-2 years MRI technologist experience 
MRI experience with Siemens and/or GE equipment. Epic experience. Experience with anesthesia and pacemaker MRIs.
Strong knowledge of MRI scanning techniques, protocols, and safety measures
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting MRI equipment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality images
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in performing radiology procedures such as X-rays and CT scans is a plus
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Bill Rate: $2,160-$2,340 @36hrs weekly
Desired Start Date: ASAP 
Length of Assignment: 14 
Hours per Week: 36 
Shift time: Days 6:30am - 7pm 
Schedule Details: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
On-Call Requirements: None 
Weekend Requirement: None 
Vacation Requirement: Holidays not required: In the event of a vacation falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by vacation pay hours 
Floating requirement: Bell Hospital and Cambridge 
License /Certification: ARRT MRI; BLS 
Experience Required: 1-2 years MRI technologist experience 
Experience Preferred: MRI experience with Siemens and/or GE equipment. Epic experience. Experience with anesthesia and pacemaker MRIs.
