Permanent Occupational Therapist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Permanent Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Permanent Occupational Therapist at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to provide long-term care and improve the lives of patients in need of occupational therapy.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Create individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals
Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and independence
Train patients in using adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their daily functioning
Adapt treatment plans as needed to address patients' changing needs
Educate patients and their families on techniques to promote independence and improve quality of life
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Stay up-to-date with advancements in occupational therapy through continuing education
Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about making a difference in patients' lives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Guarantee hours: permanent
Work schedule:   08:00am- 4:30pm
Pay: hourly range of $36-45 *rates are negotiable.
