Example Projects
From optogenetic fMRI to mechanogenetic functional ultrasound
Study of circuit mechanisms underlying neurological disorders including Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, autism, epilepsy, empathy circuits, and behavior
Investigation of whole brain pathology, immune system, circuit function relations
Computational modeling of whole brain circuits, machine learning

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (minimum education required)
Software, engineering, signal processing, and/or IT skills
Experience analyzing medical images
Skilled in Python and Matlab
Knowledge of basic statistics
