We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with general upkeep, remodel work, and make-readies. An ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of HVAC repair work commonly done on homes and apartment units.
Complete daily work orders and assignments in a timely manner
Perform house/unit renovations and upgrades as directed
Report & Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with Lead Tech
Perform on-call duties on a rotational schedule (24-hour availability for a 7-period)
Perform routine and scheduled painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and troubleshooting on a daily basis
Complete the required paperwork and documentation
Requirements
3-5 Years of prior maintenance experience in multifamily, single-family remodel, or new construction homes
NCCER Core Curriculum Cert - Recommended
NCCER Level 1 Cert in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical - Recommended
Valid Texas Drivers License
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
The ability to work in varied weather and temperature conditions
Must provide own tools for basic repair & maintenance tasks
