Responsibilities
Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and Values
Develop a thorough understanding of Massage Envy services and products
Develop location managers that understand and can cultivate a culture of coaching, care, support and equity in all locations.
Partner with the Operations Director to train new managers on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development
Ensures their home location and assigned territory is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements) 
Monitor staffing levels across all departments and locations to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately. Assist assigned locations with staffing needs, interviews, and hiring process
Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations
Ensure all locations are current on all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations
Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls 
Continuously train managers on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.
Conducts location visits within assigned territory on a monthly basis, as defined by the organization, and as needed to drive successful results
Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues with locations while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization
Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives
Responsible for home location’s payroll entry and inventory management
Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities
Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans with assigned locations and partner with location manager to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins

Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEADERS WHO:
Estimated: 80% of the time in the home location and 20% on assigned territory responsibilities
Located in the Naperville area and can travel within the West Locations
Ability to travel (up to 20%)
Strong analytical and communications skills
Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
Experience in a multi-unit leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication and people skills
