JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
1st Shift
Flexible work schedule - ideally will be available 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 5-6 hours per day
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The General Helper is responsible for general facility work and organizing in different departments of the facility. Experience in the below duties and responsibilities is required.
Facility improvements
Improving service levels
Coordinate schedules
Optimize processes
Organizing the warehouse
Floor Operations
Safety inspection/s: as needed
Support 5S program
Responsible for understanding and complying with the fundamental principles associated with the Quality and Environmental Management systems in place
Responsible for communicating daily with all levels of employees in order to assist in resolving problems and achieving company goals
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Perform all duties in a safe manner
