Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Update and maintain databases
- Respond to data inquiries and requests from team members
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week remote position. The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the administrative team and report to the Operations Manager.
