Attega Group is currently partnering with a leading HVAC Hire company with our client in recruiting a Breakdowns Manager to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of a fast-paced Breakdowns department

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday plus bank

This will be a full time, permanent role of 40 hours a week
Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive reports via my clients CRM system
Ensuring all information on breakdowns is entered on the system
Ensuring all information is correct and maintained
Assisting Engineers with any queries
Assuring customers with any questions they may have

The ideal candidate:

The role requires an excellent records keeper
A candidate who appreciates time constraints along with excellent administration and record keeping
A service manager with a background within engineering
Or, A Tech savvy engineer who is comfortable with record keeping, computer literate and previous experience with CRM’s
