What You’ll Do:
Dive deep into product development, from ideation through to production release. You'll bring to life new designs and enhance existing products in the realm of opto-mechanical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical systems.
Translate customer needs into actionable design requirements, applying industry-leading methodologies to ensure excellence.
Lead feasibility studies, preparing cost analyses for system development, testing, and labor.
Design and conduct product verification tests, applying your troubleshooting skills to refine systems and assemblies.
Collaborate across disciplines, working alongside Project Managers, Optical and Mechanical Engineers, as well as Reliability and Manufacturing teams to drive project success from all angles.

Requirements
Who You Are:
Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, you're not just experienced—you're a seasoned pro with 10+ years in the field. We're also open to considering relevant academic experience.
A hands-on innovator with a track record of assembling, aligning, and testing optical and electronic systems, from components to devices.
Well-versed in the latest manufacturing processes and metrology, you have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies.
