Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Business Development Leader with a focus on NJ clients including NJDOT and NJ Counties.
In this role, you will be asked to manage a portfolio of projects and act as the Client Account Manager with responsibility to grow AECOM’s market share for that client.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the Client Account Manager for major clients in NJ
Join the Leadership team to develop and capture growth strategies and increase market share for key accounts
Specialize in Transportation, with strong knowledge of sustainability planning, resiliency, and renewable energy
Manage marketing and proposal preparation
Manage team of professionals and contract deliverables with minimal guidance or supervision
Interface with clients at meetings to discuss and coordinate the project progress
Establish scope, work plan and work schedule
Manage and lead the overall project including technical, financial, schedule, and client satisfaction
Assure conformance with contractual obligations by ensuring that contract documents are reviewed and approved prior to release to the client
Train, mentor and develop staff
Anticipate potential budget and schedule impacts and initiates plans for alternative actions
Incorporate Innovation in design and delivery
