The Premium Audit Advisory Service (PAAS) is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Manager like you with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
This position will primarily focus on completing workers’ compensation projects involving the creation and maintenance of the current PAAS database. If you are an experienced premium auditor who is looking for a different perspective on the profession, check out this opportunity to join our team.
Your key responsibilities include writing, publishing and maintaining PAASbase content, conducting training seminar and webinars, responding to technical consultations from premium auditors and underwriters working for subscribing companies, and chairing 1-2 PAAS panels.
Responsibilities
Monitoring rating bureau sites, NCCI and independent bureaus, for communications affecting premium audit and communicating the changes to PAAS customers,
Create and maintain PAASbase content including classification guides, bulletins, and rating information,
Conduct presentations, seminars and webinars for premium audit professionals for audiences of over 100 attendees,
Provide technical assistance for premium auditors and underwriters of member companies by responding to their classification and rule interpretation questions;
The ability to act as the chairperson for one or two PAAS panels.
