Corporate Strategy shapes the future direction of Freshworks. As a part of the Corporate Strategy team, you will focus on developing and executing initiatives that drive long-term growth and competitive advantage for Freshworks. You will work on projects of strategic importance such as our growth strategy, organizational transformation, GTM initiatives, operational excellence, and similar. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the CEO office, as well as senior leaders from Investor Relations, Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Product to shape company strategy and drive execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Individual Contributor who is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to contribute to the overall success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will:
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, helping devise corporate and functional strategies and translating company objectives into initiatives and tactical plays
Generate business and market insights, design strategies and develop business cases to unlock opportunities in new geographies and functional markets.
Drive the definition, measurement and tracking of strategic initiatives 
Liaise with cross-functional business partners and senior leaders throughout the company
Key Responsibilities: 
Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and potential risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine strategic priorities and objectives
Define and execute the corporate strategy initiatives and communicate the strategy across Freshworks 
Drive leadership-wide alignment and execution of high priority strategic initiatives and projects
Identify existing operational and new business opportunities; build avenues for revenue and growth acceleration through possible strategic partnership or acquisitions.
Support the launch of new products and business operations by working with key stakeholders across product development to ensure alignment with business objectives 
Provide business insights based on analysis of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends
Responsible for ensuring that the sales organization has a coverage model designed to meet revenue targets
Lead the development and implementation of sales strategy, including partner strategy, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy
Perform financial analysis, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments, to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Represent the organization in a variety of industry, institutional, and/or professional forums
