Lead IT Business Partner to the Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Regulatory Compliance/External Engagement (RCEE) business units within GPS Global Quality accountable for the strategic planning and delivery of IT digital capabilities. Position Summary: This position is the Lead IT Business Partner to the Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Regulatory Compliance/External Engagement (RCEE) business units within GPS Global Quality accountable for the strategic planning and delivery of IT digital capabilities. This role will partner with QMS and RCEE senior management to identify and drive delivery of digital capabilities that have the highest business impact. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the strategic planning of digital capabilities for QMS and RCEE Quality. - Responsible for the development of long-term (24-36 month) roadmaps identifying digital capabilities that have the greatest impact on business capabilities worldwide. - Accountable for the delivery of business cases, from ideation to approval, for digital capabilities in alignment with departmental roadmap(s) and IT budget. - In partnership with IT and business delivery teams, accountable for the governance and delivery of software capital programs ensuring control of scope, timing and budget. - Responsible for developing strategic and collaborative partnerships with multiple levels of leadership in the QMS and RCEE Quality business units. Ability to become the trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders in QMS and RCEE Quality by demonstrating deep domain knowledge. - Responsible for the communication, implementation and operation of the Digital Capability Governance process. - Demonstrates matrix leadership of IT resources in other IT functions: responsible for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services to QMS and RCEE Quality. Key matrix IT partner functions include internal and strategic external partners. Skills/Experiences: - 12+ years experience in information technology or a related field within the life sciences industry; Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead the strategic planning and implementation of enterprise digital capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and partner with all levels of business and IT leadership. - Strong knowledge of current GxPs, particularly as relates to IT (21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, etc.). - Experience implementing small and large scale digital capabilities related to Global Quality Systems. - Proven ability to lead complex matrixed teams and work in a highly-matrixed environment. - Proven ability to manage large teams with either direct report relationships and/or contractor/partner relationships.
