Noble Consumer Protection / NobleQuote is a leading provider of automotive vehicle protection solutions to consumers throughout the country. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business by engaging with customers over the phone and online. You will be responsible for contacting leads, providing quotes, overcoming objections and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Your Success

Our office space is newly remodeled and is located in downtown Haddonfield on Kings Highway.
Responsibilities
Make 50-75+ calls per day and expect to close 2 to 4 sales daily.
Attempt to close leads with a one-call close
Overcome objections by explaining benefits and building the value of a vehicle service contract.
Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
Be open to feedback and mentorship from team leaders.
Complete other assigned tasks
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales
2 years of negotiation experience
Automotive Sales / F&I a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
