Job Description
The Traveling Client Service Manager will work directly with new and existing Partner Teams on a wide spectrum of projects that are focused on the client’s needs and Moneta systems and processes. As Moneta grows into new markets, the Traveling Client Service Manager will serve as an extension of the Mergers and Acquisitions team and play an instrumental role in onboarding Partner Teams to the Moneta platform.
The Traveling Client Service Manager is often the first point of contact for our clients and instrumental in ensuring the focus on their needs to deliver the best possible experience.  In addition, this role will require up to 30% travel as needed to support teams in other Moneta office locations.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist CSMs, Advisors and Partners in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
Research unique and complex situations as they arise
Coordinate and implement centralized operations workflows for teams
Populate and maintain systems data and client files
Verify client account cash balances, generate and review monthly available cash report
Manage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
Travel required up to 30%
