Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking qualified and compassionate registered nurses to join our healthcare team. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to offer the best possible care for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
- Administer nursing care to patients and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to healthcare team members.
- Follow hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care, nursing policies and procedures.
- Participate in patient care conferences and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
