We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in her mission to empower New Americans and provide them with the legal assistance they need to thrive in the United States.
This is a full-time role based in our New Jersey office.  This will be a hybrid position which will entail a combination of working in the office as well as working remotely.
Mission:
As the Executive Assistant, your mission will be to assist our CEO by ensuring seamless administrative operations, allowing her to devote her full attention to advocating for our clients' immigration needs.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our commitment to serving New Americans is upheld with the highest standards of efficiency and compassion.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Location: Virtual but able to meet weekly and quarterly in our New Jersey office.
In this role, you will have several primary responsibilities, including:
CEO Assistant: Operates as the CEO's direct communication representative to all staff.
Meeting Management: Prepare meeting agendas, handle logistics, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all her meetings.
Communication: Act as a liaison on behalf of the CEO, facilitating internal and external communications.
Email Management: Efficiently manage the CEOs emails, ensuring prompt responses and organizing communications.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, research, and document preparation.
Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CEOs calendar, managing appointments and deadlines.
Client Support: Provide support in serving our clients by assisting with inquiries, documentation, and related tasks.
Special Projects: Assist with various projects as needed to support our mission of helping New Americans.
Clerical tasks: Perform clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Types letters, correspondences, reports and presentations as needed.

Bilingual: Must read, speak and write both English and Spanish.
