Board-Certified Physician

Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking a board-certified internal or family medicine physician for a full-time opportunity near York, Pennsylvania. This is an inpatient primary care role with the potential of a Medical Directorship.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Assessing new patient admissions, including a full physical examination and development of a comprehensive treatment plan.
· Prescribing appropriate medications in accordance with the treatment plan and prescriptive standards.
· Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure excellence in patient care and safety.
· Rounding on admitted patients to evaluate patient progress.
· Charting and billing in a timely manner.
· Development of discharge plans, certifications and recertifications when appropriate.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexibility of scheduling, RVU based compensation expected to exceed $450,000 in first year, access to medical, dental and vision insurances. Medical Director stipend when awarded.
To qualify for this role, you will be required to provide documentation of:
· Board-certification in Internal or Family Medicine in active status.
· An active and unencumbered license to practice Medicine in the state of Pennsylvania.
· An active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe in the state of Pennsylvania.
· An active BLS certification.
· Titers and PPD/TB testing results.
· Residency program certification.
· Medical school diploma.
· 2 professional references.
