People & Culture Business Partner (Field)

Job Description
The People & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for providing support, leadership, and oversight of People Services activities for assigned EQX clubs within the NYC market. This role reports directly to the People & Culture Regional Director and will have a heavy presence within the local NYC clubs while also working from a home office.
The People & Culture Business Partner is a strategic business partner who helps the region achieve its goals by being an advocate, change leader, and champion for inspiring achievement in our employee teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shape the employee experience to mitigate risk, solve conflict, and contribute to improving relationships across the Equinox club team (30-50%)
Scale club leadership: action planning and talent assessments (15-20%)
Execute corporate programs and other initiatives developed by the central People & Culture team (15 – 20%)
Coach club management: day-to-day development of people manager skills and competencies (10 – 15%)
Gauge the club atmosphere, escalating key themes and necessary incidents through meaningful and established feedback loops (10%)
Synthesize and escalate key themes from across club team to Employee Relations Team Lead.
Generate HR data reports as necessary
