Reporting to the Managing Director of the US you will create impact within our Growth Team, part of our broader Sales Capability. We take pride in our robust involvement in the marketing industry, which sets us apart from others.
In your role as Growth VP, you'll be instrumental in managing new client relationships from initial contact through to successful close. Your role is pivotal in continuing to nurture Jellyfish's presence within the marketing sector. We value professionals with a background in senior stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, essential for influencing and guiding our industry presence.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Confidently present Jellyfish to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Manage the sales process from lead generation through to handoff via Salesforce instances, ensuring all activities with inbound leads are clearly logged and monitored.
Leverage existing network of brand and agency contacts to help grow outbound business outside of the inbound lead system.
Be comfortable presenting to C-level executives across various business sizes.
Accurately log all communication, actions, and sales process milestones within relevant systems and tools.
Demonstrate measurable success through achievable KPIs, take full accountability for all proposals and agreements.
Establish clients' business and commercial objectives & present appropriate campaign solutions to ensure a collaborative and professional relationship.
Identify commercial opportunities and implement innovations to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Navigate initial conversations with customers, understand and articulate problem statements, develop action plans, architect solutions, and present them articulately via verbal and visual aids.
Understand the commercial aspects of agency operations within media, creative, and data & analytics sectors.
Be confident negotiating terms hand in hand with legal and commercial teams.
