As a Clinical Supervisor at Milestone LLC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients. You will be responsible for developing individualized service plans and assessments, as well as quarterly reports, self-management goals, and referrals to internal and external resources. It will be your duty to ensure that our clients receive timely, effective, and top-notch healthcare services.
In this role, you will review all notes weekly, making any necessary corrections and ensuring that they are returned within the specified time frame. You will also provide monthly supervisions with counselors to ensure that services are being rendered appropriately. It is essential that you support the mission of Milestone LLC and be comfortable in a culture of diverse customer service and continual improvement.
