Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management processes
Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and issues
Monitor account performance and identify areas of improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in account management or sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
