Senior Account Executive, Off-Price (Sleepwear)

Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with major retailers
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products and programs that meet client needs
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure service levels are maintained
Manage and prioritize workload to maximize productivity and meet deadlines
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role in the apparel industry
Experience in Sleepwear, ideally in Off-Price and Discount
Strong understanding of the apparel supply chain from design to production to sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Annual Salary $130,000
The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
