Strategic Accounts Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Samsung SDSA is looking for Strategic Accounts Executive to create and implement an effective, proactive growth strategy designed to generate new business opportunities for SDSA and products in order to achieve company's revenue goals.
The key task is to analyze the pain point of the customer and to define and develop the strategic business best suited for the company by sensing various markets and technologies. Successful candidate will work closely with our lines of business to develop and execute the plan.
This role will acquire a strong understanding of the main customer needs and priorities, and be responsible for the short term business performance and long term growth of the accounts in scope.
You will assure SDSA commitment to customer success to increase customer satisfaction, and deepen relationships with stakeholders by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
This is a hybrid role based in our regional HQ in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This role will require up to 35% business traveling.

Responsibilities:
Create and implement an effective, proactive growth strategy designed to generate new business opportunities for SDSA business and products in order to achieve company's revenue goals.
Leverage new and existing cloud services, digital transformation services, and enterprise solutions and products to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain an understanding of customers, competitors and markets. Identify target customers where Samsung SDSA’s technical capabilities represent a fit and where Samsung SDSA can realize significant value.
Develop plans to penetrate target customers; assess demand and technical requirements for new opportunities.
Develop and implement short and long term business objectives, strategies, marketing plans and budgets required to meet the business’ growth and profitability objectives.
Perform high-level business development activities, including meeting 1:1 with potential customers, making capabilities presentations, negotiating contract terms, and managing the quotation and proposal process for new projects.
Provide effective project and alliance management for existing and new customers.
Handle go to market activities tied to the product area of ownership.
Continue to extend vision, strategy, and roadmap including account planning
Provide leadership and guidance to Business Team.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant industry experience in digital solution and application business development and/or solution consulting.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve IT strategy based on experience, research, data and industry trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
Understanding of user experience flows and best practices.
A demonstrated ability to engage with new customers, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills - a persuasive, reason-based personality.
Ability to quickly set priorities and develop practical plans.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Bachelor's degree required.
