Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support team members across the GOLFTEC & SkyTrak brands, providing phone, chat, SMS, email, and ticketing support.
Identify areas of opportunity for sales growth & conversion improvement.
Identify opportunities to gain efficiency and effectiveness across both teams, increasing revenue and decreasing costs.
Understand and evolve technology to create new sales channels, improve customer engagement and a simplified employee experience.
Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Technology and Customer Support to create alignment and transparency to company & customer opportunities.
Create a culture of passion, engagement and support amongst team members that helps drive a team atmosphere that people want to be a part of.
Develop and continue to improve on our customer experience to make it world class.
Maintaining composure and a positive attitude to all internal and external customers.
Gather data to identify and evaluate common call drivers, and partner with various departments to improve them for the future.
Ensure team members are complying with all tools - logging contacts, notating accounts, and adhering to all processes.
Create and maintain knowledge-based articles used for ongoing sales, service, and support.
Onboard and train future Sales Representatives
Share your love of golf with our passionate customer base.
Requirements & Preferences:
5+ years of leadership experience across inside sales organizations.
Passionate about golf and selling experiences to prospective customers.
Extensive experience providing world-class customer sales, service, and support.
Knowledge of and experience in CRM systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers
