How You’ll Make an Impact:
We’re looking for an Account Executive (Sales) to join our New York team. Your mission is to help emerging and established ecommerce businesses understand the power of personalization to improve shopper experiences that result in more customers, greater revenue and stronger brand loyalty. This is a quota carrying role where your success is based on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets. You’ll report to the Vice President of Mid-Market sales, and work closely with fellow Account Executives at various levels, the Client Development team, Product experts, and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.
What You’ll Achieve:
Help Epsilon deliver on our company-wide goal of growing our Mid-Market presence
Deliver quarterly revenue numbers based on closing new contracts for Mid-Market
Grow and maintain a healthy pipeline including self-sourced opportunities
Identify and uncover personalization needs based on the ecommerce opportunities and unique to each prospect
Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
Effectively manage the sales process ensuring that prospects are educated and engaged, and you have earned their trust
Maintaining an understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and partners
Who You Are:
What you’ll bring with you:4+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Understanding of MarTech and personalization tools
Experience selling Software as a Service with multi-year contracts
Experience selling to clients in the mid-market space
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $(phone number removed) annual salary + Commission
