Chef Thomas Keller is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality to join the team as a Chef de Cuisine at its newest restaurant concept in Palm Beach, FL focused on Classic Continental Cuisine.
Be a leading force in the restaurant in the role of Chef de Cuisine, becoming a pivotal member of the restaurant's pre-opening team, and play a key role in steering us towards a successful grand opening and beyond. The candidate will also be involved with other CDCs and Directors to continuously develop future menus.
Ideal candidates will have extensive fine dining experience of at least 3-5 years, preferably already working as Chef de Cuisine. Classically trained and having been part of a high-end restaurant opening would also be preferred. As a member of the culinary leadership team, this individual must be an independent worker and possess proven management skills.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience being accountable for a restaurant P&L, and the desire to learn and contribute.
Compensation for this role will consist of an annual base salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and the above-mentioned requirements, plus a KPI related bonus.
