Retail Store Manager - Blackstone

Blackstone Shooting Sports is looking for a Store Manager for our Charlotte, NC location who is committed to our mission of delivering happiness by providing a best-in-class entertainment experience for all. This position reports to the General Manager.
This key member of our Team will be responsible for ensuring that our Guest experience is superior by championing our culture, leading our floor staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Along with being an enthusiastic leader who is results-oriented, the ideal candidate will also:

Primary Responsibilities
Drive P&L results
Schedule & oversee the Team
Ensure the delivery of a consistently incredible Guest experience
Lead, manage, and hold accountable all direct reports
Own the Team Member selection process, ensuring that proper staffing levels are maintained
Manage onboarding and ongoing training & development for Team Members
Ensure that all process & standards are followed & met
Requirements
2+ years of retail and/or entertainment work experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Windows and point-of-sale softwares
Strong math skills
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Work involves moderate levels of physical labor in an indoor, climate-controlled environment. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. Some duties require use of a respirator and/or Tyvek suit.
