Service/Maintenance Technicians make our apartment communities a great place to live. We take pride in the appearance and maintenance of our communities, and our residents tell us this is one of the most important reasons they choose to call us home.
You will provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
With general direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e. replace AC filters and light bulbs, repair and paint walls, clean common areas, etc.)
Completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks, install and replace sinks, faucets, and toilets. Troubleshoot and replace basic electrical components
Install/repair/replace household appliances
May assist vendor quality and may perform move-in/move-out inspections
May provide functional/technical direction and training to Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skills
