Job Description
As a representative of a major storage and organization manufacturer, the Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing the growth of independent dealers serving both the single family and multifamily markets in our NY, NJ and PA market. The Territory Manager will represent the organization and product lines while educating the dealer, single family, and multifamily market members about our products, programs, and opportunities in storage and organization. The primary responsibilities will be to:
Target and sell new dealer partners.
Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing dealers.
Sell on the quality of our products, innovation in both product and technology platforms, and accelerate the transition of builders and owner-developers to upgraded storage options.
Network and build relationships with Single Family and Multi-family owners, architects, general contractors, builders, and installing dealers in the territory and sell them on Organized Living products and programs.
