Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and passionate strategic sales executive to join and grow with our PreK-12 Direct Sales Team.  You will work from a home office in your territory with primary focus on new business development with the largest school districts in the country as well as expanding core business with existing customer base.
For the first time, we are investing in the direct school market channel and looking for someone that is entrepreneurial and hungry to scale this business by expanding the Playaway Products reach across the country.  We are looking for a person not only to sell but help drive the strategic direction of this largely untapped channel.  
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-years previous sales experience within the K-12 market, or comparable experience as an educator and be able to quickly grasp a broad range of responsibilities and analyze key performance indicators.  This role requires creativity, passion, and initiative to develop sound territory strategies and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Emphasis on fast-paced! 
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and market share within the PreK-12 education sector.
Develop and manage new and existing relationships.
Identify decision makers and develop a rapport with customers to gain an understanding of their needs.
Identify sales opportunities to secure new business and increase market share.
Work with large school districts. Present solutions and close business at the school/district level.
Contribute to a corporate culture centered on cultivating and maintaining excellent customer service. 
Work in an engaging and dynamic environment focused on impacting education and working collaboratively.
Willingness to travel
