NUIQ Wellness Lounge, a premier wellness destination located in the heart of Cleveland, is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics and strong operational acumen to join our team in the role of Aesthetic Injector and Operations Manager.
As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for providing advanced cosmetic treatments to our valued clients. Your expertise in performing injectable procedures, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents, will enable you to deliver exceptional results.
Your role as an Operations Manager will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards to enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetic Injector:
Perform cosmetic injectable procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment options.
Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and injectable techniques.
Provide compassionate and supportive care throughout the patient's aesthetic journey.
Operations Manager:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient workflow.
Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, ordering as needed.
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage and patient care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in the state of Ohio.
Strong background in performing cosmetic injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
