Overall Responsibility:
The Employer Paid accounts Representative is responsible for employer/company correspondence regarding their paid and  outstanding balances. The Employer Paid Account Representative will manage all accepts of the employer/company accounts and  accounts receivable functions including sending out statements monthly, follow up, answering the EPS queue and taking an employer/ company calls, reviewing outstanding accounts, and payment research components.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sending out monthly statements via requested communication method per employer protocol within our system.
Answering Employer/company inquiries and calls daily.
Provide complete payment research information when needed.
Answer EPS group emails.
Resolve billing issues of outstanding claims by providing any requested medical records and/or results.
Working with the WC follow-up team to resolve invoices.
Participate in meetings, conference calls, and training sessions within the RCM department.
Performs various duties as needed in order to successfully fulfill the function of this position.
Other duties assigned.
Requirements
Skills and Attributes:
Ability to use 10key by touch
Able to type 45 wpm
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
Medical billing knowledge
Read EOB's (Explanations of Benefits)
Analytical skills
Organizational skills
Education/Experience:
High School diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 year customer service experience.
