Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Solar Energy Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assisting customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries
Providing solutions and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining customer call logs
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently
Providing feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements
Required Skills:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
