Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Customer Care Specialist.  The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on excellent customer service.  The Customer Care Center shift is 8:30am - 4:30pm PST.  This position is available for a hybrid work schedule after training.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs customer scheduling functions via high-volume customer phone calls and emails
  • Communicates with team members regarding schedule additions/changes
  • Communicates with hospital staff and/or doctors regarding schedule additions/changes
  • Enters and updates work orders within an online scheduling system
  • Updates customer notes in CRM system
  • Conducts confirmation calls
  • Provides general office assistance
