Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist with job description creation
Source active and passive candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate the hiring process from offer letter to onboarding, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse or Workable
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
