This role offers the chance to lead a significant sector within the organization, driving profitability and operational excellence across multiple distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and support Regional and Branch Managers to optimize all branch operations.
Spearhead the development and implementation of business strategies, KPIs, and financial targets.
Conduct detailed reviews of monthly P&L statements to ensure branch profitability and budget adherence.
Enhance operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure robust compliance with safety protocols across all locations.
Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or significant equivalent industry experience.
At least 12 years of leadership experience in wholesale distribution, with a strong preference for backgrounds in plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, or related sectors.
Minimum of 6 years managing multi-site operations, with a proven ability to oversee financial and operational elements.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, team development, and achieving performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be willing to travel 25-50% as needed.
